Annette's Construction & Seawalls was founded by Mike and Annette Florian approximately 30 years ago. Mike always dreamt of owning a construction company, and together with Annette, they made it come true. Since then, the couple has done countless jobs for numerous clients, adopting a personalized approach to help identify your needs and achieve your goals.

The Home Builders Association of Central Michigan is a non-profit, membership-based association comprised of a wide array of individuals and companies - from builders, trade contractors, suppliers, engineers, designers and architects to lenders, insurance agents, real estate and title professionals, and a variety of other members whose businesses comprise the fabric of the local building economy. More than 400 members belong to the association. The HBACM is part of the Home Builders Association of Michigan, as well as the National Association of Home Builders.

The mission of the Home Builders Association of Central Michigan is to represent and promote the building industry through advocacy, outreach, high standards, integrity, education, and investment in the community in which we live and work.
